Pro clubs promotion ruined

Iam on the last promotion game for elite division with me and my friend's after putting loads of time and effort to get here we went 1-0 up and on the 45th minute all are screens paused and the games are pitch black it has been this for a good 20 minutes already we dont want to leave incase it counts as a lose please may you help us with this or if the game isnt counted we could be granted the promotion anyway?
