PS4 (or chinese one) controller not working on PC

The game can see ps5 contoller, but not recognizing connected ps4 or other chinese controllers. Those controllers are working perfectly withany other game and visible in steam and recognize as ps4 one. 

My game was bought in Epic Games. I’m adding epic game’s launcher to the steam and launch it, then I’m launching the fc26 itself from epic games library(steam controller input is enabled, without it even ps5 controller stops working). 

As result fc26 can see ps5 and keyboard +mouse, but other controllers are not visible. 

I tried all possible solutions from google and YouTube- no result. I assume the problem is in the game. 

please help me resolve it or please get it fixed in upcoming updates, my son is upset and can not play game with friends, thinking to try Pro Evolution Soccer instead if we will not make it work.
