PS5 FPS issue (Whole match)

Hi, I'm on PS5. A bit of a strange one, since Sunday evening I was playing fine on career mode, 60fps nice and smooth. I turned off for dinner etc. Came back on later and the whole game feels like it's running not quite at 60fps. I've tried everything. Reinstall, clear cache, rebuild database, console is clean, messed with TV settings, in game settings, console settings, playing offline, reboot router, I use wired connection @ 460mbps. I thought maybe it was something that would resolve with 1.2.0 TU but alas the game just feels like its stuttering ever so slightly. Does anyone have any ideas? Very frustrating and I don't know what else to try.
