This is becoming a joke at this point. Please can we have some clarification when they’re going to fix the constant crashing and loading screens on ultimate team. It’s been nearly a week and whether I search for a player, try and claim on objective, open a saved pack and so on, the game continues to crash. Please sort it out… apparently it’s to do with sky internet according to some, but every other game works?
UPDATE: Kicked off to Sky, who had one of their lead broadband executives call me back. They said there has not been one report by EA to them on their live issues list and not one customer has reported any issues.
its clear EA are doing nothing, but I would ask all Sky customers to call and flag the issue.
Ive reported it to sky but apparently them cant seem to even find a fault with my broadband i even had someone come out to my house from sky and check everything and they said was all perfect to me its ea ever since they brought the last upsate out this game has gone like it
Exactly Ian, it’s been reported multiple times to Sky and EA. Both parties blaming each other, but how can every other game + device be ok but EA not work as intended?
Honestly shambolic stuff, I can play any game fine but this one but it’s apparently SKY’s fault. Should be getting compensation for this.
