This is becoming a joke at this point. Please can we have some clarification when they’re going to fix the constant crashing and loading screens on ultimate team. It’s been nearly a week and whether I search for a player, try and claim on objective, open a saved pack and so on, the game continues to crash. Please sort it out… apparently it’s to do with sky internet according to some, but every other game works?
Apparently it’s an issue that’s common with people with the internet, but I have absolutely no idea why it’s happening, especially only this game and not others :/
Hi, I have been having the same issue for the last week, as you say, its become unplayable. It was just in menus, Evos, packs, but today, I was getting kicked during Champs games.
Interesting that you say the issue is with Sky as I am also with Sky Broadband. How would that be an issue though?

I have tried both wired and wireless, nothing has changed. I’ve tried all these “troubleshooting” methods but it’s just the same answer to everyone else’s reply of try these methods. We need it to be changed as it wasn’t like this until recently.
Multiple other people have already posted about this too, there’s no error message, and I’m on PS5 so not desktop no. It happens randomly when searching for players, opening packs, claiming evos, literally anything. It stays loading, showing the loading symbol at the bottom until eventually it either disconnects or you then can press something again after a few minutes. This is making the game almost unplayable, every few minutes having to restart. My PSN is BDeannz and Im from the UK.
I’ve tried all these troubleshooting methods, absolutely everything but to no success. Some are saying it’s to do with sky internet but then why are every other game working, it has to be on EA’s side.
