Hi there. You should be able to open a case to get some help with this. Try following these steps:
- Go to help.ea.com
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA Account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Select 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Click on the option for chat
That should let you open a case. Thanks!
I have been chasing this issue for more than two weeks now, and no solution has been provided. I can’t even play the game.
I contacted you regarding a major blocking issue that has been ongoing for over two weeks, and I still haven’t received any proper response. I also posted the problem on the forum without any feedback, and every time I try to contact support via live chat, I only receive automated bot replies.
After changing my EA account email, EA FC 26 Live Services no longer work on PS5.
FUT Web App works correctly, but PS5 Live Services (FC Hub / Season XP) are unavailable.
This issue clearly requires a manual resynchronization of my EA FC 26 Live Services.
