Repeated Promotion Match Issue in Division Rivals

I have been playing FIFA since 1996 and I have never made a complaint before.

I am 45 years old and I am a teacher. I play EA SPORTS FC to relax and enjoy football, especially during my vacations. I do not mind losing. I only want fair and consistent gameplay.

The problem is that every time I reach promotion matches in Division Rivals, the gameplay changes completely. My players become much less responsive, shots I normally score hit the post or miss, and the overall gameplay feels very different from the rest of the season.

This has now happened several times. During the season I can comfortably beat Division 3 and Division 4 players, but in promotion matches everything changes.

I have already reported this issue to EA Support, and they told me they would forward my report to the EA SPORTS FC 26 team for review.

I would like to know if other players are experiencing the same issue.
