've been experiencing the same issue for two weeks now. I'm unable to access Ultimate Team, and when I can, each menu loads very slowly, or not at all. Additionally, the game often kicks me back to the Ultimate Team main menu or the global main menu.

I contacted the customer care, and he told me it is a problem currently being faced by "thousands of players".
