Request for assistance with Web/ Companion App Transfer Market access
Hello EA Support Team,
I am writing about my EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team account on PS5 Pro. I have been playing consistently for over 5 days, completing more than 10 matches per day (including Squad Battles, Rivals in Division 2, and Champions where I reached Rank 1). I have also finished all Foundations Objectives (Venturing Out and related groups).
Despite this heavy activity:
The in-game Transfer Market is fully unlocked.
The Web App and Companion App Transfer Market remains locked with the message: "This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access to the Ultimate Team Transfer Market on the Web or Companion App."
I have:
Enabled Share Game Time / FC Playtime in settings.
Logged into the Web App daily (UTC days).
Played in multiple modes (including single-player where recommended).
No sanctions or rule violations on this account.
This is my only Ultimate Team account on the PS5.
My playtime tracker sometimes shows very low console time despite the matches played, which may be a known bug affecting access.
Could you please review my account for Web/Companion Transfer Market eligibility? I would appreciate any clarification on what is still needed or if this can be escalated.
