Request for Correction: FC26 In-Game Pack Purchase Not Matching Description

I bought two of the new promo packs last Saturday from the Japanese web app when they just came out, each costing 1500 FC Points. The Japanese description said the packs contained 50 players rated 84 or higher, but after opening them, I only received players mostly rated in the 70s–80s, similar to a 50 Rare Gold Player Pack.

Later, the pack description was changed to match what I actually received. I might not have spent 1500 FC Points if it had been described that way from the start. Since this involves real money, I hope to receive what I paid for — the correct packs as originally described, or another fair solution.
