Request for Urgent Re-Review – Transfer Market Ban (Case ID: 231021558)

Hello EA Support Team,

I am requesting an urgent re-review of the Transfer Market ban on my EA FC 26 account (Case ID 231021558). I have been playing FIFA/FC for 8–9 years and have always played fairly. I have never bought or sold coins, never transferred balance, and never used any third-party service.

The ban reason shows “Balance Transfer,” but my activity was only normal trading. About a month ago, I invested in around 30 Lacroix cards for 10k each — most were sold for 6k at a loss, and only the last few increased to around 30k due to evolution demand. These are normal market changes, not cheating.

I have spent many hours, played countless games, and gathered my coins legitimately. It is very hurtful to see genuine players going through this, especially when there is no direct way to discuss or clarify the issue. Appeals take weeks, and meanwhile the account stays restricted.

Many players have reported similar false flags on the forums as well. Please review my Transfer Market history manually — you will see no abnormal transactions or profit spikes.

I request you to kindly remove the ban immediately, as I have always respected the rules and want to continue playing normally.
