been like this the whole day seems like only a few people are talking about it, so far i have not found a fix and EA have not been responding to people who have said they have the issue too.
just wondering if anyone has found a way to fix it or get it to work because genuinely ea help and shi its useless they don't listen 90% is automated reply's even when its not automated they tell you to reinstall or verify game files without actually addressing what's wrong...
i play on pc EA app if anyone has any suggestions all are appreciated

Hi bro, I've had this problem for three days too, and I've already sent messages three times to get noticed, but nothing. I wanted to ask if you know what to do, but I think you're in the same situation, right?
ive contacted ea multiple times myself and gotten no where apparently its under investigation but i doubt that highly ive heard some people have had this issue since the start of early access honeslty its a joke im sorry i cant help
althought the chat did say they will look into what compensation can be given so in febuary look forward to your single 80+ player pack :)
