been like this the whole day seems like only a few people are talking about it, so far i have not found a fix and EA have not been responding to people who have said they have the issue too.
just wondering if anyone has found a way to fix it or get it to work because genuinely ea help and shi its useless they don't listen 90% is automated reply's even when its not automated they tell you to reinstall or verify game files without actually addressing what's wrong...
i play on pc EA app if anyone has any suggestions all are appreciated

it’s been 4 days and I can’t even access my rewards from rivals. It’s not registered my champs points so I doubt I will be able to play that also.
has there been a mention of this problem as I’m not the only one that has this.
