RT and Menu Button Not Working in EA Sports FC 26 on ASUS ROG Ally Extreme Z1

Hello, I recently started experiencing a strange issue with my ASUS ROG Ally Extreme Z1. The device is almost new, came back from warranty service, and everything was working perfectly until now. About a month ago, I had no problems and all buttons including RT, LT, and menu buttons worked flawlessly both in-game and in menus. Now, in EA Sports FC 26 (Epic Games version) the RT button does not work for in-game actions including quick player switches during matches. The menu button (top right, above the armor button) behaves inconsistently; it works in some menus but not when inside a match, sometimes triggering position replay instead. Calibration tests in Windows show the RT axis responds correctly (joy.cpl test shows full movement). Armoury Crate profiles and firmware are fully up to date. Control Mode is set to Gamepad, and the device is recognized properly by Windows. Attempts to reinstall the game, reset profiles, and test other controllers have not resolved the issue. It seems to be a software/input bug with EA Sports FC 26 detecting the ROG Ally inputs incorrectly in-game. Before this issue, everything worked fine and no similar problems have been reported by other users to my knowledge. Could you please advise on a solution or workaround for this problem?
