RTX 3050 Laptop GPU Power Drops from 75W to 40W During Match Causing 20 FPS

Issue:

The game runs normally in menus.

GPU Power is around 75W.

However, when entering a match, GPU Power immediately drops to around 38-40W and FPS falls to around 20.

CPU usage stays around 20-25%.

GPU usage varies but performance is extremely poor.

Sometimes after several seconds the GPU Power returns to around 74-75W and FPS instantly goes back to around 100 FPS.

Other times the game remains at 20-40 FPS for the entire match.

This issue only happens in FC26.

Other games work normally.

Things I have already tested:

- Reinstalled NVIDIA drivers

- Multiple driver versions

- Windows Best Performance

- NVIDIA Prefer Maximum Performance

- HP Omen Performance Mode

- Graphics Low

- VSync Off

- Unlimited FPS

- HAGS On/Off

- Overlay Off

None of these permanently fixes the issue.

The only observable behavior is that GPU Power drops from 75W to around 40W whenever the FPS issue occurs.
