RUSH not working...no transfer market..

I've been playing FC26 for a few weeks now and can never find teammates or a match to play rush mode. Unfortunately in order to get access to the transfer market I need to play 3 rush games, and since I never can rush mode to matchmake me, I am not able to access the transfer market at all. It's extremely frustrating because I need access to the transfer market. I've tried many different times to play rush and every time no teammates found.
