Sbc said it was submitting gold card but took my evo version

I used auto build to make an sbc with gold cards and I noticed a Micky van de ven card had been put in. I had just opened a few packs so I assumed I had just packed him as the only Micky card I had in my club was a world tour evo version. I submitted the sbc no issues or absent even flag up as someone that was on my current team….however.

going back to my team my Micky evo 87 cab is now replaced by a blue concept card meaning the game thinks I got rid of him? This was clearly a visual error on the card or the system identifying it wrong. Either way it wasn’t my fault and feel robbed

Hey Ryanpankhurst if you have a video of what happened then our team can review it and see what they see.

In all the times that someone has raised an issue like this our team has never been able to recreate it with the result being that the issue was user error and not game related.

Understand it's frustrating but we are not able to help with accidental bids, listings or submissions.

Understand the frustration Ryanpankhurst but there is nothing that we can do in such cases.

Accidental bid, listings or submissions are not something that we can help with and we are not able to reverse the action or replace it.

All I can recommend is that going forward you review and then review again every card you submit.

I understand that if I submitted my evo one after seeing it then that would be my fault however the card it said I put into the sbc was a gold 82 Version. Not the one I was using on my team. I assumed I had just packed the gold one at some point without realising it. Why would i assume that it’s actually my 87 world tour evo version that’s just not loaded correctly? I wouldn’t.
As far as I’m concerned due to a visual glitch and/or error in the game, that wasn’t the card I got rid of.
I get that I can’t get that evo back now, however I do feel like I’ve been cheated out of a player that I was actually using and deserve some kind of compensation for something that wasn’t my fault
