Season mode stuck

PS5 player in South Africa. Solo Seasons is completely stuck in Division 3 with 10 matches remaining. All games (wins, losses, forfeits, and hosted co-op matches) completely disappear at the whistle, returning to the hub with no point changes or match count deduction. Have already tried local squad deletion, PS5 cache clear, static DNS routing, and full EA Account unlinking with no resolution."Please help
