Adaptive Triggers Fail on PS Portal During Direct Boot in FC 26

Issue Description: Adaptive triggers fail to activate in FC 26 when launching the game directly via PlayStation Portal, even though all system and in-game trigger settings are enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

Turn on PS5 remotely using PS Portal. 

Launch FC 26 directly from PS Portal.

Enter a match; adaptive triggers have zero resistance/haptics.

Known Workaround: Launching FC 26 on a physical DualSense controller first to initialize the trigger API, then connecting the PS Portal, allows the triggers to work properly.
