Season pass broken after purchase

Please can u fix my issue when I go to open the season pass it totally breaks my game and fully freezes fc26 not allowing me to click on anything and have to restart my game I have bought the season pass and I am unable to claim my rewards from the season pass please please please can u grant my missing rewards as soon as possible
