Season Pass is Bugded

So First of all Hello to Everyone reading this,

My problem is that I bought the Premium Season Pass and when I reached level 27 I got the premium reward which is 3000 Xp, which I could use to collect all rewards until level 30. But now when I get Xp and the progress does not start at level 30 where I am, instead it starts at level 27 and I don’t get any rewards until I reach level 30 again I this is a big waste of time tbh.
