Season pass missing

Hi i’ll resend the same post that i posted some weeks ago about the season pass missing on my account with the ultimate edition.

 “Hi, i bought the ultimate edition of Fc 26 sum weeks ago but i still don’t have the season pass, why? i checked everything even if it was on another account because on steam i have another email, but the account with the same email as steam doesn’t exist, so i actually have only one EA account and there is no seasonal pass on that account”.
