Season pass not working

My FC 26 Season Pass has been unavailable for two consecutive seasons. On PS5, the Season Pass page is blank and then says ‘Season Pass unavailable.’ On the Companion App, I cannot claim rewards that contain SP (Season Points). Ultimate Team otherwise works normally (matches, SBCs, coins, etc.).
