Same here.
Second season pass that is unavailable for me and i cannot make progress in.
reported it multiple times and always got the answer " will be fixxed sometime in the future ".
i got a compensation of 3x 7,5k packs lol what a joke.

I got nothing even though I reported it 5 times! I spoke to a few advisors tried logging out etc. everything they said I tried, nothing has worked.
My saving grace has been the companion app. I downloaded it after watching someone on youtube using it for SBC's. It's linked to my EA acxount & has all the SP points & rewards on there.
I collext the bundles, players etc. on there then open them on the console. It genuinly saved me losing it with the game.
