When you say it bugged out, what exactly happened? You wouldn't happen to have a recording of it, would you?
We can't change decisions made in-game like this, so if you saw a bug, the more you can share about what happened the better. The FC team are always investigating bugs and issues that pop up and the more we can show them of an issue the more likely they can find a fix.
