Seasons Mode – Match Results Not Counting When Opponent Escapes

Hello EA Team,

I am experiencing a recurring issue in Online Seasons mode on PS5.

In many matches, when I am in a winning position (for example 2-0 or 3-0), my opponent suddenly escapes the game (force exits / disconnects). This can happen early in the match or even near the end (around 80+ minutes).

When this happens, the match is not counted as a win for me. In some cases, it feels like the match never existed at all, as there is no record of it in my history.

This issue happens frequently and negatively affects the competitive experience. Players who are losing can escape without any consequence, while the winning player is not rewarded.
