I found out that the main reason for this hell (especially for FC 26) is that Vram can't handle second half scenarios, because the game engine has a bug which is the inability to delete or remove first half graphical stuff (unused graphics, scenario) when the first half ends, therefore the Vram would be already filled with unused stuff. That’s my conclusion about it.

At first, I was a breath of fresh air to EA and thought they would fix such a  terrible bug, especially because it's a problem with the engine cores.

But for now, I threw the towel

I had the same problem. It turned out that it was happening not only in EA 26, but also in eFootball, for example. Then, after reading various forums, I:
1) Disabled all audio devices in Windows settings that weren't being used. 
2) Then I also used a Bluetooth adapter, disconnected it, and plugged the gamepad directly into the computer. And the lag eventually disappeared. After that, when I launched the game, the entire match ran smoothly.

Apparently it works, the game still stuttering, but at least I can play at optimal fps. This year's game is a total failure in terms of optimization. I won't buy the next one. Anyway, thank you brother, you helped me more than those who should have.

Don't waste your time and effort on a piece of junk like this.

Man, it has been more than 7 months and nothing has changed.

The problem exists in the core of Frostbite engine and it looks like we will have the same issue until FC 27 is released.

I am experiencing a consistent performance issue in EA Sports FC 26 on PC.

During gameplay, the game runs smoothly with stable FPS. However, every time there is a half-time break or scene transition (cutscenes, replays, stadium reload), the frame rate drops significantly and causes noticeable stuttering.

System Specs:

• CPU: Intel Core i5
• GPU: RTX 3050 Laptop
• RAM: 16GB
• Storage: (SSD/HDD – please specify)

Troubleshooting already attempted:

• Updated GPU drivers
• Lowered graphics settings
• Disabled replay and cutscenes
• Reinstalled the game

Despite all of this, the issue persists.

This appears to be related to scene loading or frame pacing during transitions rather than general performance.

Please investigate and optimize performance for PC, especially during half-time and cutscenes.

They don't even reply with fixes anymore

I am convinced EA is a research company, and their last research project is to see how much they can screw up a community and still sell copies. This is a company 100% comprised of morons, not exception.

Don't buy the next game and maybe they'll consider hiring capable people who can fix a bug and optimize the game. The game is unplayable for many of us
