Once I complete a squad battles match and the game ends, it loads for a few minutes before saying’ “cannot process your request at the moment.” And kicks me out of Ultimate Team. The game then process the match as a loss and don’t get any points. This is unfortunate since you need a certain amount of points for rewards and I have won every game but get zero points for every game!

You have to admit that early stages of game will do this because you have no future plan for improving your servers 
- TomMendez2 months agoNew RookieI have completed all of these steps multiple times and am still running into significant playability and reliability issues with all ultimate club features. I preordered and the game was effectively unplayable in UC mode for the entire week. I have deleted and redownloaded several times, I have cleared cache, wired connection, wireless connection, changed DNS, etc. etc.. I have never had issues with FIFA/EA FC until this game. Is there an EA account refresh you can do on your side? At this point I don’t care if all of my UC/account data is wiped (as long as I keep my account credits). Whatever can solve the issue and get me back “in the game”.

- fifaonly23232 months agoSeasoned NewcomerIt did the same for me twice when I scored 35&36 goals. But didn’t when I scored 32. I wonder if it’s 35 goals plus or something?… Edit: just did it with 33 and it happened again.
