Listen EA_Aljo , I have had enough now. Trying to reach out to EA online chat is a ridiculous and painful pointless exercise. I’ve explained the issue to the BOT 10 times and all it done was send me to articles. Do you think that’s helpful?
Tonight I have tried playing champs, 3 seperate games when loaded in, I had the dreaded FC26 logo at the bottom centre of the screen, all 3 I was winning the game but in around the 15th in-game minute I suddenly lost connection to the servers and got booted from ultimate team completely. When logging back in I was given the disconnection warning (ironic) and it was given as a loss. This is not good enough for a game I payed £100 for.
What am I supposed to do? Sky won’t fix anything on their back end or their masts, so do I have to change internet provider because EA can’t have a simple conversation with SKY and say, hey we have multiple people having this same issue, can you help fix this or provide a solution for our customers to remedy this?
What are youEA_Aljo as community manager doing to help fix this as you can see there is 97 replies to this thread and nothing has been done.
We all demand an explanation, or tell us what we can do to solve it. (Please do not simply suggest to talk to Sky, as this will not work)
