Settings resetting on launch AND mid-match (Nvidia App removed)

Hi everyone,

I’m having a major issue where my graphics settings reset every time I launch the game, and even worse, they seem to revert/change during matches causing stuttering.

What I have tried so far:

Set fcsetup.ini to "Read Only" (didn't work).

Completely removed the Nvidia App (and GeForce Experience) to ensure no external software is "optimizing" the game settings automatically.

Verified no other overlay or "game booster" software is running.

Despite this, the game still seems to force change settings or change quality from low to high and off to on  while I am playing.

Has anyone found a way to permanently disable this automatic  unwanted optimization?

Please also revert the latest horrible batch it broke the passes completely!!
