Severe FPS Drops (5-10 FPS) in every game mode, even in Menus

game starts perfectly fine on main menu then go into ultimate team and its absolutely terrible 95% of the time, rest of the time if it ut menus are fine then go into a game and its terrible come out and menus are back to being terrible as well, started happening a few hours in after the first day where initially it was running perfectly fine
