Severe FPS Drops (5-10 FPS) in every game mode, even in Menus

I hoped after the update the fps will be normal but i had games where i had like 150+ fps and in the seacond half 15. IT IS UNPLAYEBLE. Not only that but i restarteze my game after that and changed my setting a ligile bit, putine my fos and hz lower than normal and i enter the game and i had like 15 fps. The only solution i see is to play on 60fps with like 60hz, but i will not play like this Because on pc 60fps looks just horrible. 
If anyone knows how to make it work please TELL ME!
