Severe FPS Drops (5-10 FPS) in every game mode, even in Menus

Before the update I had 2 problems, sometimes the game is running smooth but controller isn't responding and the other problem was getting only 9 fps when i enter a match or after halftime, I could fix the fps thing but no the controller, now after update controller is fixed but now the game is back to 9 fps issue, please if the game isn't compatible with 3050 ti just say it and I will stop trying
