I had the fos issue since the release of the game. The game drops from 80=90 fps to 5-10 fps after a random cinematic. I saw many posts about this issue and last patch they fixed the controller issue and stated "we will look forward into the other tehnical issues". New patch, first game of career mode, after the cinematic from the begining of the game fps drops. Any mid patch update? Any fix yet? I flipped graphics, changed from fullscreen to borderless, the only fix there is is to play windowed with small resolution and that fix is temporary, not permanent.
