Hello!

I conducted a simple experiment and can confirm: all the lag is due to... the controller. In my case, it was an XBox controller.

I disconnected the controller, launched the game, and the lag disappeared. It even ran fine at high settings.

Conclusion:
It's a controller issue.
Needed to fix that...

In FC 25 the same controller was OK.
In FC 26 something went wrong and everything is laggy with the same controller, even in the main menu.
