Severe FPS Drops (5-10 FPS) in every game mode, even in Menus

I’m experiencing severe performance issues in FC26. The game ran smoothly for the first two days, but after that it started freezing, stuttering, and having extreme input delay, both offline and online. My PC specs are i5-9400F, GTX 1060, 8 GB RAM, and the CPU runs at full speed (3.89 GHz). Other games run fine on this PC. I’ve tried clean cache, repairing the game, and setting NVIDIA + high-performance settings, but the problem persists. It seems related to corrupted saves, profile issues, or a game engine bug. Please advise.
