Severe FPS drops after restarting the game (UT)

I'm having the same issue ... the first matches were good, no lag, no fps drop with Ultra quality levels and unlimited fps, but after the game was restarted i notice fps drop in the game even with low graphics settings and in the menu too ...  this is frustrating !
