Severe FPS drops and freezing in EA SPORTS FC 26

Hello everyone,

I am writing to report a serious performance issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PC.

Every time I launch the game, my FPS drops drastically to around 10 FPS, or the game completely freezes. In many cases, my entire PC becomes unresponsive and I am forced to restart it manually just to be able to use my computer again. This makes the game completely unplayable.

I have tried restarting my PC and closing background applications, but the problem keeps happening repeatedly. This issue occurs specifically when FC 26 is running.

Here are my PC specifications:

CPU: Intel Core i5-10400F

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT

RAM: 24 GB

My hardware should be more than sufficient to run the game smoothly, so I believe this may be an optimization issue, a compatibility problem, or a bug within the game.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and provide guidance, a fix, or any troubleshooting steps to resolve it. I enjoy the game, but at the moment it is impossible for me to play.
