Severe fps drops, lag , stuttering Pc

Hi , before the update a few days ago my pc ran so smoothly and good in gameplay but since the update i’ve experienced severe lag and stuttering in gameplay it happens consistently throughout 90 mins and feels my players are moving in slow motion. The gameplay is so choppy and the screen is freezing and constantly glitching in both offline and online modes. Furthermore it also happens every time there’s a corner , kick off or free kick but it happens throughout the whole game in the first half and second half causing severe lag and making the game unplayable - we all paid for this game and should’ve able to play it shout fps drops lag and glitches for the whole match 

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

Windows 10 (64bit )

Cpu  : Intel i5-10400F

I’ve tried every solution as to capping my fps to low i’m currently 60hz 60fps and it’s still doing it and i’ve put all the graphics settings to low i’ve tried vsync on and off and i’ve tried borderless/ full screen but nothing can stop this severe lag spikes please fix it ea this new update RUINED THE GAME i’ve even deleted it and reinstalled and repaired it but nothing works pls fix it ea my GPU usage drops so low in gameplay but it was working perfectly before the update , PLEASE FIX THIS ITS A JOKE
