Severe FPS drops to 5–10 FPS even in menus – RTX 3050 Laptop

I’m reporting a severe and fully reproducible performance issue that makes EA FC 26 unplayable on my system.

The game drops to 5–10 FPS in all modes, including menus, immediately after launch.
This is not an occasional drop – performance remains locked at extremely low FPS.

System specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3050 Laptop (4 GB)
- RAM: 32 GB
- Storage: NVMe SSD
- OS: Windows 11
- Device: Laptop (hybrid graphics)

What has already been tested (with no change in behavior):
- DirectX 12 and forced DirectX 11
- Lowest possible graphics settings
- FPS cap via NVIDIA Control Panel
- V-Sync on/off (driver and in-game)
- CPU affinity workaround
- Clean NVIDIA driver install (DDU)
- Fresh Windows installation

Result:
FPS remains at 5–10 even in menus. The game is unplayable.

Additional information:
This issue appears to disproportionately affect RTX 3050 (especially laptop) users and has been widely reported by other players.
Multiple users report identical behavior with no effective workaround.

Given that the system meets and exceeds recommended requirements, this appears to be a game-side performance or engine-level issue rather than a hardware or configuration problem.
