Severe Input Delay After Update 1.4.1

I’m writing to report a serious issue introduced with the recent 1.4.1 update. Before this update, the game was running perfectly on my system with no performance or responsiveness problems. Since installing 1.4.1, however, I’m experiencing severe input delay in every online mode, making the game extremely frustrating and, at times, unplayable. This issue did not exist prior to the update, and no changes were made to my hardware or network on my end. I hope this can be investigated and addressed as soon as possible, as the update has significantly impacted my ability to enjoy the game. ( I'm on PC)
