Freeze speed up FC

Hello,

I am writing to report a technical issue I am experiencing while playing FC 26 on Xbox.

During online modes, especially FUT, the game frequently freezes for several seconds and then suddenly speeds up to catch back to real time. In other cases, the game disconnects me completely from FUT and the match is counted as a loss, even when I was winning at the time.

This issue is happening repeatedly and is seriously affecting gameplay and results. My internet connection is stable and this problem only occurs while playing FC 26 online.

I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and provide a solution or clarification, as it is very frustrating to lose matches due to technical problems beyond my control.
