Severe Input Delay in EA Sports FC 26 Despite Good Connection

Hello,

All players experiencing consistent input delay issues in EA Sports FC 26 even though the connection appears stable.

Connection stats in game show low and stable ping, zero packet loss, and minimal jitter. Despite this, gameplay feels delayed and unresponsive.

There is a noticeable delay between button presses and player actions such as passing, shooting, and tackling. Player movement feels heavy and slow, and skill moves do not register instantly. Overall gameplay feels sluggish compared to normal responsiveness.

This issue occurs in online modes including Division Rivals and Champions and live events and persists across multiple matches and different times of the day.

Platform is PC. I am not running any background downloads or network-heavy applications while playing. The issue continues regardless of these conditions.

This suggests the problem may be related to server-side delay, matchmaking, or latency compensation rather than my local connection.

Please investigate this issue or provide guidance on how to resolve it.

    I believe its EA's way to frustrate players so that their cards go extinct before people have to go to the store an upgrade their team.  they cant fix the issue.  I've had the issue for months and asked for a refund.  Never buying an EA game ever again.  This game is broken in so many ways.

    Same issue here on PS5.

    Ping is very low (6–10 ms), but gameplay feels extremely heavy and delayed, especially in Clubs / Rush mode. Players are slow, inputs are not responsive, and it feels like there is server delay.

     

    I already tried everything:

     

    • LAN connection
    • Reset PlayStation
    • Reinstalled the game

     

     

    Nothing worked.

    I have not been able to access Clubs for 3 days now.

     

    Every time I try to enter, it either fails to connect or gives an error. My internet is working perfectly and I have already tried all troubleshooting steps.

     

    This issue is very frustrating and makes the game unplayable for me. Please fix this as soon as possible or escalate it to the technical team.

    I also have another serious issue for the past 4 months.

     

    Whenever I try to customize my Pro Clubs player (boots, running style, or any appearance settings), the game freezes completely and I am forced to restart the game every time.

     

    This has been happening consistently and makes it impossible to edit my player.

     

    Combined with the Clubs access issue (3 days unable to enter), the game is unplayable for me.

     

    Please escalate both issues to the technical team and provide a fix
