Same issue here on PS5.
Ping is very low (6–10 ms), but gameplay feels extremely heavy and delayed, especially in Clubs / Rush mode. Players are slow, inputs are not responsive, and it feels like there is server delay.
I already tried everything:

I have not been able to access Clubs for 3 days now.
Every time I try to enter, it either fails to connect or gives an error. My internet is working perfectly and I have already tried all troubleshooting steps.
This issue is very frustrating and makes the game unplayable for me. Please fix this as soon as possible or escalate it to the technical team.

I also have another serious issue for the past 4 months.
Whenever I try to customize my Pro Clubs player (boots, running style, or any appearance settings), the game freezes completely and I am forced to restart the game every time.
This has been happening consistently and makes it impossible to edit my player.
Combined with the Clubs access issue (3 days unable to enter), the game is unplayable for me.
Please escalate both issues to the technical team and provide a fix
