Severe Input Delay

I am experiencing severe input delay on pc which reaches 5-10 seconds which makes the game completely unplayable, The issue happens in all online game modes except Rush
I tried changing and messing up with the setting but no solution

same issue, i play co op rivals with my friend who is on PS5 and guess who has problems with input delay? me on PC.

same issue all game is in slow motion.
