Should of won all 3 guanlet matches

I’ve just been playing the gauntlet game mode and won the first 2 rounds and won the 3rd game in extra time by 4 goals and I won but as I clicked the a button to come out of the game it said leaving ultimate team and the new update report came up. I didn’t disconnect it was because of the update and I didn’t receive the rewards for the perfect round, can this be compensated?
