Silver superstars cup games glitch

I'm rewriting this again cuz obviously no one from ea helped the last time. So I played 30/35 matches on the new silver cup. However it says that I have no games and I'm 1 win away from completing the objective so I cannot do anything. I also played every single game with a friend who didn't have that problem and was able to finish the objective. I saw you made it so there are 35 games, but what's the whole point when I've played only 29 and it's still glitching
