I’m from Singapore, using Singtel and I face this issue as well. I encounter this issue when trying to connect using LAN/Wi-Fi from night time (probably around 7pm).

However, the game’s playable probably from around 4am onwards. Also playable when connected to mobile hotspot. Doesn’t make sense lol.
