EA_Darko why do you keep pretending you don’t know the issue at present and continue to ask for videos to “escalate this to the team to look into”? Is it just a false pretense to act as if the company are interested or taking action? You have known for over a month what has been going on with Sky broadband users and at this point it is just complete negligence from the company and yourselves not fixing it or issuing refunds.
