After 40 days the business resilience team at Sky have confirmed after all their tests they can see nothing wrong at their end and are firmly blaming EA. EA_AljoEA_Darko - how do we get refunds for the game and the points spent? Some of us have spent a lot on this game and cannot play it anymore through no fault of our own.
